About Vitamin D

Plantforce Vitamin D is a 100% vegan product where the source of vitamin D is extracted from wild growing lichen. Each softgel contains 50 μg vitamin D3 per softgel.

Vitamin D is fat-soluble and each softgel contain MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) oil from coconuts (no source of palm oil) to optimize absorption.
