Smoothie Bowl

If you want more energy in the late afternoon, start with a good and nutritious breakfast. Smoothie bowl is an easy and delicious way to get an ocean of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, dietary fiber and proteins.

Smoothie
  • 100 grams of avocado
  • 145 grams of cucumber
  • 240 grams of fennel
  • 140 grams of iceberg lettuce
  • 85 grams of spinach (frozen)
  • 75 grams of peas (frozen)
  • 4 grams of fresh turmeric
  • 13 grams of fresh ginger
  • 2Ω tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons. chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons. hemp seed
  • 3 dl of cold water
  • 1 scoop (20g) Plantforce Synergy Vanilla

Toppings
  • Chopped almonds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Cocoa nibs
  • Beepollen (Leave it out for a vegan version)
