Raspberry Hemp Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk (depending on how thick you like it)
  • 1 scoop (20g) Plantforce Synergy Vanilla Protein Powder.
  • 1 cup hemp seeds

Topping
Bee pollen and cocoa nibs.

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until a slush forms. Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy.
