Protein Bread

  • 400gr flour (Use the kind you like)
  • 90gr Plantforce Synergy Natural Protein 
  • 300ml plant-based milk
  • 2tsp salt
  • 1 pack of yeast


Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well. Put the dough in a warm place for 1 hour. Knead it again. Put the dough in a form and bake the bread for 40 minutes.
