Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup rice puffs
  • 1 cup buckwheat 
  • 1 scoop (20g) Plantforce Synergy Berry
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
Method
  1. Mix together all of the ingredients above and store in an airtight container
  2. When ready to use, mix 1 cup of the bircher muesli with 1/4 cup vegan yogurt and 1 cup liquid of choice (coconut water, plant milk or water)
  3. Put in the fridge overnight, then in the morning top off with fresh or frozen berries
